Questions

What if the internet connection is lost partway through an exam?

In SecureClient, you can download the questions and content in advance, and take the test completely offline. You can also create source material to be used within the test.

How are items identified in Surpass?

They are identified by item name and by item ID. A new innovation in Surpass, coming soon, will let you define the default item name.
