Chill, Pop, Pour, What a Lockdown!

This podcast episode is a recording of the presentation given at the Surpass Conference in October 2020 by Romana Moss, Project Manager for the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.

Romana discusses WSET’s planned journey to introduce computer-based testing in centres with Surpass, which was slightly hijacked by COVID-19 resulting in a rapid implementation of remote invigilation. Romana discusses how the lessons learned have better informed their previous roll-out plans.

‘Using the blueprint that had worked well for Level 1 Sake, we followed the same journey to introduce RI (Remote Invigilation) only this time on a much shorter timescale…just 5 weeks. A lot of hard work, but we got there.’
