(UK) Product Owner

You will have overall accountability for the development of features and new functionality in BTL’s products. You will closely collaborate with the Product Requirements Team and stakeholders to ensure development teams create features that deliver the highest value. You will learn to intimately understand BTL’s customers and potential customers as well as the broader industry.

Key requirements:

  • At least 1 year’s commercial experience working in a Product Owner role.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • An understanding of software Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is an advantage.

(UK) Solutions Architect

You will act as a bridge between the client, Service Design, Sales and Technical teams within BTL. You will be responsible for the analysis and definition of technical solution architectures.

Key accountabilities include:
You will work closely with the Sales team to win new business by evaluating and writing technical proposals and presenting technical demonstrations and solutions. You will work closely with the Service Design team to shape product development to meet stakeholder requirements.

Key requirements:

  • 5 years’+ experience working in a Solutions Architect, Business Analysis or senior development role.
  • Demonstrable architecture and design experience.
  • Experience of SOA, API Design, and distributed architectures.
  • C# .NET and web-based programming experience including XML, SQL Server and HTML5; MCP, MCSD or TOGAF (desirable).

(UK) Account Manager

You will maintain and develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of BTL customers, as well as the management of Projects both internal and external to BTL.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Building on the existing relationship, the Account Manager assumes overall responsibility for the delivery of forecast revenue streams and the identification and securing of new business opportunities within each Account.
  • Managing the relationship with established Surpass customers, as well as implementing Surpass for new customers.

  • At least 3 years in a project / account management role within a service environment delivering software products.
  • A track record of managing and delivering complex projects to the private and public sector.

(UK) Service Delivery Manager

You will apply a highly robust approach to the management of the live service to our customers and any factors that may impact upon it.

Applicants will have a customer centric focus and a strong operational background, possessing a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Service Delivery role and demonstrating effective incident and problem management skills. Successful candidates are likely to come from a technical background, having worked within an ITIL environment delivering software products.

Key requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a service delivery management role.
  • Experience of incident and problem management.
  • ITIL Foundation accredited or equivalent methodology experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills.
