Enhanced Audio Capture Question Type (1:16)

Ashleigh and Georgie begin by giving an overview of the enhanced Audio Capture question type. As well as being renamed from ‘Voice Capture’ to better reflect its capabilities, its appearance and behaviour can also be customised with a number of new settings. These include limiting the number of times candidates can attempt to record their answer, and having more control over when recording starts.

‘Tasks’ Enhancements (6:00)

‘Tasks’ has now left ‘beta’ functionality status, and a number of further enhancements have been introduced in this release, such as a comparison view for ‘Multiple Copy Review’ tasks, where lead assignees can view the edited item alongside the original to decide which changes to promote.
New filter options make tasks easier to find on the main ‘Tasks’ dashboard, and new settings allow task managers to control how assignees can interact with item tags.

Item Set Source Material (19:07)

Source material can now be added at the item set level, ensuring it gets attached to all items within the set without having to edit each one individually. This delivers an improvement to usability and time-saving functionality for your test creators.
This doesn’t impact your candidates, as they will continue to see items within the set as individual questions.

Show to Centre (21:46)

Finally, Ashleigh and Georgie demonstrate the new ‘Show to Centre’ functionality, which allows centre-level users to view candidate responses after results have been released – perfect for allowing greater flexibility within your organisation without compromising on established security protocols.
