BTL Group Ltd. are delighted to welcome the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK to the Surpass Assessment Management service, assisting with the creation and delivery of on-screen examinations.
The Surpass Assessment Management service was introduced by BTL in 2020 to support organizations with the administrative tasks required to securely deliver assessments onscreen, such as paper to onscreen test conversion, candidate exam registration, and the generation of results and test performance reports. BTL will deliver the MRCP(UK) Part 1 and Part 2 written examinations for the Federation, via Online Invigilation with live proctors.
The Federation develops and delivers postgraduate medical examinations on behalf of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Glasgow and the Royal College of Physicians, London (RCP).
The Surpass platform will be used to deliver four diets of the MRCP(UK) Part 1 and Part 2 Written examinations, taken by doctors who have gained a minimum of 12 months postgraduate experience. These examinations, consisting of two three-hour papers, are part of a program of assessment for UK trainee doctors; passing these is a requirement to enter higher training in an internal medicine specialty.
