The COVID-19 disruption is having short and long-term consequences on the economy, certification businesses and our lives. This panel of credentialing experts selected three topics to discuss and share what they have done to navigate through these challenging, but somewhat innovative times. They will share lessons learned, particularly about stakeholders, to keep their certification programmes relevant and of value to the profession, industry, and end-users served.
