(UK) Sales Executive – AI-based Assessment for Learning (AfL) product

You will use your experience in selling edtech solutions to schools to help establish our brand and products in primary schools, secondary schools, multi-academy trusts and FE Colleges. The core purpose of the role is to identify and close new business opportunities, centred on solutions that provide personalised learning and assessment using the latest AI technologies. You will:

  • Develop a large quantity of qualified leads (schools, MATs etc) through outbound calls, emails etc.
  • Proactively generate appointments with school leaders and key external stakeholders at Trust and Academy level to understand individual and collective requirements.
  • Work in partnership with the wider business unit to proactively identify new business opportunities that require further development before closure.

Key requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of the Schools Education market.
  • Experience of selling edtech products into UK schools (or a similar role that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to do this).

Location:
Office based (Shipley, UK) – home/office hybrid working is available on an ongoing basis.

(UK) Service Desk Advisor

You will provide customer support nationally and internationally for a wide variety of products and systems.  Customer focused assistance will be delivered via telephone and email.  A strong technical aptitude is required to meet the demands of the role, although training on specific products will be provided.

Key requirements:

  • Over two years’ experience on a Technical Service / Support Desk, providing software application support to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills (particularly using the telephone) and organisational ability.
  • Windows experience, IT literate.
  • Knowledge of Service Level Agreement response times is beneficial.

Location:
Office based (Shipley, UK) – home/office hybrid working is available on an ongoing basis.
