(UK) Application Support and Deployment Engineer
We are looking to recruit an Application Support and Deployment Engineer with at least 2 years’ commercial experience.
You will be responsible for the provision of third-line support in the validation, investigation and resolution of incidents. You will also deploy product releases to meet established schedules within Surpass’ multiple client agreements.
You will possess an operational mindset, with the ability to follow processes and procedures. Appropriate technical training can be provided so that the successful applicant can perform the day-to-day activities effectively.
Key requirements:
A strong technical aptitude is required – you will possess a good understanding of:
- Windows Server 2016 and 2022;
- networking, protocols and technologies used (Firewalls/LBs, etc);
- IIS 10.0 (understanding the configurations within IIS, both application pool and website specific).
Location:
Office based (Shipley, UK) – home/office hybrid working is available on an ongoing basis.
