(US) Senior Level Sales Opportunity
To support continued business growth, we are looking to recruit a Senior Level Sales professional to join our US Sales team, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Key accountabilities include:
You will seek out new business opportunities and further develop Surpass’ onscreen testing services in North America. Surpass work with partners to deliver best-in-class end-to-end assessment services. You will be expected to play a key role in working closely with partners in selling end-to-end services, which may include test development, psychometrics, test center and remote proctoring delivery, in addition to the licensing of item banking, test delivery and credentialing software.
You must be prepared to travel across the US and, where required, internationally to support sales efforts in meeting with prospective clients and attending relevant industry events. You will also work closely with key stakeholders across the sales and marketing function, as well as the Chief Commercial Officer and Co-CEO of Surpass, to ensure strategic plans are aligned and executed.
Key requirements:
- A good technical understanding of assessment technology and an operational understanding of test delivery services (or other assessment-related service areas).
- A minimum of (or equivalent to) 10 years’ experience within the US assessment industry.
- A proven track record of converting high-revenue sales opportunities and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Experience working in the professional certification or wider computer-based testing market.
Location:
Home-based – with regular visits to the Surpass office near West Chester, Pennsylvania.
