Junior Technical Product Specialist (US)
The Junior Technical Product Specialist plays a key role in bridging the gap between clients, sales, and technical teams. Working closely with Solutions Architects and the wider commercial function, you’ll help define technical solutions, support bids, and deliver engaging product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of Surpass.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys problem solving, simplifying complex ideas, and working directly with clients to shape solutions. The role also offers a clear pathway into a Solutions Architecture career.
Key requirements:
- A solid understanding of core technical concepts such as APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and cloud technologies
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, client-friendly solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to support demos and client discussions
- A proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work collaboratively across sales, product, and development teams
- An interest in assessment technology or willingness to learn about the sector
Location:
US-based role with remote working available. Travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.
