Topics Covered
New Task Type (0:57)
In addition to the existing ‘General’ and ‘Review’ task types, a new ‘Authoring’ task type has been introduced.
Users can be assigned a list of blank or partially populated items to complete, giving control over the number of items the user creates, with a template for them to work to.
Track Changes in Review Tasks (11:34)
In an enhancement to the ‘Review’ task type, it is now possible to track the changes reviewers make to items.
Task Managers can then accept or reject changes to automatically action them.
Enhancements to Item Search and Lists (18:34)
In order to allow greater flexibility when creating an item list, customisable columns allow you to control which pieces of data are shown in the item search results table.
Filters also allow you to filter on columns of data, making it easier when dealing with lots of data and items.
Inline Comments (23:22)
In order to make it easier for item authors and reviewers to communicate, inline comments can now be applied to an item.
This places a comment on a specific part of the item, rather than being logged against the item as a whole, for a more granular level of feedback.
