We are on the lookout for venue spaces to establish temporary ‘pop-up’ testing centres, designed to host session-based exams at specific dates and times. Our global network already includes trusted suppliers, and now we are actively exploring opportunities to expand our Test Centre Network to meet the rising demand for in-person exam delivery.
What is the Surpass Test Centre Network?
The Surpass Test Centre Network is a collection of professional testing centres approved to deliver Surpass tests on behalf of the Surpass Community.
Established in 2014, we work across multiple fields of adult education: from accountancy where we support candidates on their journey to chartership, to medical assessments supporting doctors and pharmacists across the globe. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality service across our established network. We ensure fantastic working relationships with our suppliers, to give a seamless candidate experience and allow test-takers to solely focus on the exam they are taking.

We will manage everything for you
Once you have registered as a pop-up venue, we will contact you with specified dates and times of upcoming exams. All you need to do is confirm the availability of your space.
- We will manage the exam setup, delivery and pack-down.
- We will oversee the invigilators, IT support and candidate management.
- We will provide all necessary technology equipment, or use existing equipment if it meets our requirements.

Our specific requirements
You must have access to the building and agreement to use the space for exam delivery.
You must be able to provide access for our IT staff, invigilators and any equipment that we provide.
We need a secure environment with exclusive use of the room(s).
We will supply the essential technological equipment, including PC computers, keyboards, mice, and monitors. However, if you already have existing equipment that meets our standards, then we may be able to integrate it into our setup.
We need a stable internet connection, with a minimum of 1mbps upload and download speed per workstation.
We need tables and chairs (chairs must be ergonomic).
We need rooms with natural light and the ability to cover the windows.
Our staff and candidates will need access to facilities (such as toilets and drinking water).
