Questions
Does Surpass support other languages?
Yes. Surpass supports multiple languages across both the Platform and test-taker experience, including right-to-left languages. The administrative interface offers several built-in languages including Arabic and French Canadian, while the candidate delivery interface supports over 50 languages.
Does Surpass support on-demand or session-based tests?
Surpass supports both on-demand and session-based tests. Organizations can choose whichever model suits them best, whether delivering tests online, in-person, or using a combination of both.
How can results be shared with candidates?
Results can be shared in multiple ways, including integrations via the Surpass API with external systems such as CRMs, or by automatically emailing test-takers directly from the Platform using custom report templates once marking is complete.
