Chill, Pop, Pour, What a Lockdown!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This podcast episode is a recording of the presentation given at the Surpass Conference in October 2020 by Romana Moss, Project Manager for the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Romana discusses WSET’s planned journey to introduce computer-based testing in centres with Surpass, which was slightly hijacked by COVID-19 resulting in a rapid implementation of remote invigilation. Romana discusses how the lessons learned have better informed their previous roll-out plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018Using the blueprint that had worked well for Level 1 Sake, we followed the same journey to introduce RI (Remote Invigilation) only this time on a much shorter timescale\u2026just 5 weeks. A lot of hard work, but we got there.\u2019<\/em><\/p>Romana Moss<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Romana has worked in education for over 20 years and has extensive experience across examinations in a variety of institutional settings across several roles.
