The National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE) has selected the Surpass Platform to help support its suite of assessment products. NCBE develops materials used for bar admission by most US jurisdictions, including the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), the Multistate Essay Examination (MEE), the Multistate Performance Test (MPT), and the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NCBE is using the Surpass Platform to help manage the process of drafting, reviewing, revising, finalizing, and banking questions for its exams. Questions are developed by the volunteer members of NCBE\u2019s drafting committees, which are made up of practicing attorneys, judges, and law school faculty members from across the US.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE), headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, is a not-for-profit corporation founded in 1931. Best known for developing bar exam content used by 54 US jurisdictions, NCBE serves admission authorities, courts, the legal education community, and candidates by providing high-quality assessment products, services, and research; character investigations; and informational and educational resources and programs.
